ZERO FIRMWARE UPDATE
Early bird step-by-step guide
Follow our guide below to safely upgrade your ZERO to the newest firmware.
Before you start. You will need the following items:
- A computer running on Windows or macOS. We recommend using Windows 10 or greater and macOS 12. If you use a laptop, make sure it is charging.
- Your ZERO fully charged.
- The ZERO USB cable. The ZERO can only be updated on USB 2.0 compatible ports and cables.
- If your computer has no USB port, use a USB adaptor.
Since you are an early bird, you will need to delete all previous versions of the NGRAVE firmware updater in order to install the newest early bird version.
IMPORTANT: Before starting the update, please make sure you have made a backup of your Perfect Key or Seed.

Verify and Install Yourself
The NGRAVE Updater is only available for Windows and Mac. If you use Linux or if you simply don’t want to rely on the Firmware Updater, you can verify and install the update yourself.
